About Safe Nest Home Watch Services

Safe Nest Home Watch is owned and managed by Rob & Marni Naumann, a husband and wife team, who are bonded, insured and accredited home watch professionals.

Together they have a wide range of experiences and community connections. Both have been in the hospitality, service & entertainment industries for more than 30 years combined. The couple traversed the globe while working for two of the world’s most prestigious entertainment companies while owning multiple homes in the US. Their travels have taken them to over 300 cities, in 42 countries, on five continents. They currently reside in Lakewood Ranch, and for the past nine years have enjoyed the area’s charm, location and quality of life to raise their two children.

Marni is a former competitive figure skater, who hails from New England. She started her career working in hotels sales, while receiving her degree in Communications. She went on to coordinate all hotel and travel accommodations for global touring shows. Her strong work ethic, exceptional communication skills and attention to detail gained from inspecting hundreds of different types of living accommodations including hotels, apartments and houses in various parts of the globe, ensures your home watch service is in the very best of hands.

Rob is a highly accomplished business leader. He began his career as a technical stagehand, while studying Marketing & Management at Boise State University. He went on to work in every area of show production, including management of some of the largest and technically complex touring productions. While working with Cirque du Soleil’s big top productions, he oversaw all staff, site construction, heating and air conditioning, plumbing and health and safety. He is highly adept in multi-cultural personnel management, and has the ability to mitigate any home watch situation promptly and effectively.

Together, Rob & Marni Naumann will ensure your home will be thoughtfully inspected and thoroughly cared for. Living on the road for years on end, has given them a unique perspective and understanding of how to manage a home while away, and the sense of relief to return to a safe, well-kept nest.
